Role Description

We are seeking experienced
Network Support Engineers
to join our IT team. The role involves managing and maintaining enterprise-level network systems, ensuring optimal performance, and implementing robust network security measures. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Fortinet products, with proven hands-on experience in FortiGate migration and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform
    network administration and troubleshooting
    to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Design, deploy, and manage
    network infrastructure
    for reliability and scalability.
  • Implement and oversee
    network security protocols
    to safeguard systems.
  • Manage and configure
    Fortinet products
    (FortiGate, FortiManager).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to streamline operations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements


Mandatory Skills (applications without these will not be considered):

  • FortiGate Certification:
    NSE 1, NSE 2, and NSE 3 (must be clearly visible on CV).
  • Hands-on Experience:
    Successful migration and upgrade of FortiGate firewalls.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Strong knowledge and implementation skills with
    FortiGate
    and
    FortiManager
    .


Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in
    Network Administration & Network Engineering
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Network Security protocols and best practices
    .
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective
    communication and teamwork abilities
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology
    , or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g.,
    CCNA, CompTIA Network+
    ) are desirable.
