Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Chennai. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing HR management activities, designing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and managing benefits programs. The role requires daily interactions with employees to address their HR-related concerns, conducting onboarding sessions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the education technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
