We recently featured on Shark Tank India, and are on a mission to build India’s most trusted clean-label wellness brand.The founders ( Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni ) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC.Earthful is an early stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. We are looking for a candidate passionate about scaling a startup.Job Summary:We're looking for a strategic, data-obsessed and entrepreneurial Growth Manager to lead Earthful's next phase of expansion. This person will own the end-to-end user growth journey from discovery to purchase to retention across performance, product, content, and lifecycle marketing.You'll work directly with the founders and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value, while building and mentoring a high-performing growth team.Location : Full-time position (Mumbai office)Roles and Responsibilities:- Own and scale all growth KPIs: CAC, Ro AS, LTV, retention, revenue per user.- Lead cross-channel growth strategy across Paid (Meta, Google, Marketplaces), Organic (SEO, Content), CRM (Email, Whats App), and Product-led growth levers.- Develop and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel from awareness to conversion to loyalty.- Partner with founders on monthly and quarterly growth forecasts and own the performance marketing P&L- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and CX teams to drive website CRO, UI/UX A/B testing, and feature experimentation- Build and mentor a world-class growth team including Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Analytics- Establish a robust experimentation engine for creative testing, channel betas, and messagingSkill sets:- 4+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a high-growth D2 C or consumer brand- Deep expertise across performance channels, analytics, conversion funnels, and retention strategies- Highly analytical strong command over Excel/Sheets, attribution tools, GA4, and BI dashboards- Proven experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and working with creatives, product, and CX teams- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skillsBe a part of Earthfuls Family@
