Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Community Growth Manager. The responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to grow and engage the customer community, driving sales growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing projects to improve community engagement. Additionally, the role involves analyzing community data and feedback to improve Doffair’s services and offerings. Qualifications Strong Analytical and Analytics skills for interpreting data and measuring community growth strategiesExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectivelyExperience in Sales and building relationships with customers and partnersProject Management skills to organize and lead community growth initiativesProven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields preferredPassion for pets and an understanding of the pet care ecosystem is a plus
