Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in developing and executing innovative content strategies for social media profiles. The candidate will be responsible for creating content, getting it approved by clients, assigning tasks to designers, and enhancing the organic reach of social media pages. Knowledge in running Meta ads is a plus.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative content strategies for various social media platforms like I nstagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.
Create, curate, and manage content to engage and grow the audience.
Coordinate with clients to get content approvals and ensure alignment with their brand voice.
Assign tasks to designers and oversee the content creation process.
Prepare and maintain a content calendar to schedule posts and campaigns.
Verify all content to ensure it is error-free and meets quality standards.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to enhance organic reach and engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and tools.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation and strategy.
Proven track record of enhancing organic reach and engagement on social media platforms.
Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools.
Ability to prepare and maintain an effective content calendar.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure content is error-free.
Knowledge in running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in coordinating with clients and managing their social media profiles.
Basic graphic design skills to create simple social media graphics.
