Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing HR audits, handling sensitive HR data, and ensuring the smooth execution of the payroll process. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of HR operations and possess excellent data management skills. A full-time graduation is mandatory for this role.


Job Responsibilities:


- HR Audits: Lead and manage internal and external HR audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

- Data Management: Maintain and manage accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- Payroll Administration: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, deductions, and benefits.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

- HR Policies: Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- HR Systems Management: Work closely with HR systems to update employee information and generate reports as needed.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with finance and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure smooth HR operations.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management on payroll, audit findings, and other relevant metrics.


Key Requirements:

- Full-time graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and audit processes.

- Strong understanding of payroll systems, employee benefits, and tax regulations.

- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
