Learn more: maven-interpreted.com The Role We’re looking for a Tendering & Proposals Specialist to support our Malaysian, EU, and UAE operations. You’ll handle client quotations, tender submissions, and coordination between clients and our service delivery teams. This is a fully remote role for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently. What You’ll Do Prepare and manage tender documents and submissions. Create accurate quotes across multiple markets and currencies. Coordinate client requirements with internal teams. Maintain records, deadlines, and progress updates. What You’ll Bring 2+ years of experience in client coordination, tenders, or account management. Excellent English communication and strong numerical skills. Organized, self-driven, and comfortable meeting deadlines. Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office and remote team work platforms.
