What you'll do

Being a Food & Beverage Innovation Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:

  • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making by analyzing global and regional data to identify the best product, experience, or service options to delight consumers.
  • Lead market research and intelligence gathering, conducting and validating research to confirm insights and hypotheses, while partnering with brand and marketing teams.
  • Drive the food and beverage development process with suppliers, conducting monthly workshops and annual trend sessions for both new and existing suppliers.
  • Engage key stakeholders and franchise partners to propose relevant solutions for selling decks, adaptations, EPD, and key projects.
  • Oversee campaign selling and specific market projects, ensuring alignment and impactful execution across teams and partners

Who you are

It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:

  • Experience managing business operations across multiple markets and countries, with a strong understanding of regional and APAC dynamics.
  • Operational experience in the food and beverage sector, with a particular focus on coffee, food manufacturing, and chef roles.
  • International and franchise experience, including working closely with global partners to drive business growth.
  • Food stylist experience, with a passion for creativity and visual presentation in food and beverage offerings.
  • Desirable qualifications: College HND/University degree in Nutrition, Catering, Business Management, or Food Science, along with HACCP and formal food hygiene qualifications.
