We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for Fixed Assets to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixed assets management and the ability to lead and coordinate effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
  • Plan and execute physical verification of fixed assets.
  • Lead a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and other departments.
  • Reconcile fixed assets, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Prepare schedules for capital advances and capital creditors.
  • Proactively identify and address issues, providing solutions to streamline processes.
  • Review the work of direct reports and ensure accuracy in all financial documentation.
  • Automate and enhance the fixed assets management process to improve efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience or B.Com with 4+ years of experience in fixed assets management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with process automation and financial software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
