Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, creating job

descriptions,, sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, drafting and extending

offer to selected candidates while ensuring positive candidate experience

  • Participate in college recruiting events and career fairs.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary documentation is

completed.

  • Facilitate training sessions for new employees on company policies and

procedures.

  • Oversee IT asset (laptop) management for the organization.
  • Oversee the complete exit process for departing employees, ensuring all exit

formalities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Employee Engagement:

  • Schedule and coordinate monthly town halls and managing the Rewards &

Recognition (R&R) program.

  • Organize team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.

HR Operations:

  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including employee inquiries, payroll assistance,

and benefits administration.

  • Manage HR data and generate reports for management, including turnover rates,

recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction.

  • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system and perform regular audits.
  • Undertake any other tasks related to HR operations and employee engagement as

assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR data management.
  • Understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement best practices.
