Our platform, The Choosy Investor, is focused on consumer-centric real estate investing in India, negotiating the best deals by syndicating multiple buyers, working exclusively with recognized and trustworthy brands, and offering 0% fees along with premium customer support and end-to-end guidance.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled PreSales Senior Executive to work as an individual contributor supporting the sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, understand their real estate investment needs, provide product knowledge, and deliver tailored solutions that help drive the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with internal teams but will primarily focus on your own portfolio of pre-sales activities without managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients to understand their real estate investment needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate and qualify leads for real estate properties and investment products.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, market insights, and competitive analysis to support client decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and developers (especially Category A developers if applicable) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Assist in negotiation and closure support by addressing client queries and preparing required documentation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory environment.
- Manage and update CRM systems with client interaction details and sales progress.
- Support senior sales management with reporting and documentation related to pre-sales activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and sales collateral.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 0-4 years of experience in PreSales, Sales Support, or Business Development, preferably in real estate.
- Understanding of real estate sales processes, property investment products, and market dynamics.
- Experience working with Category A real estate developers is a definite advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- High customer orientation and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-growing startup environment.
