Other countries in this zone also include Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Australia and New Zealand.More information can be found atJob SummaryThe Associate Director – Talent and Learning understands business needs/strategic orientations as well as HR market trends, in order to develop effective Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning strategies to support the business, leveraging the Group Talent and learning strategy.Key roles and responsibilitiesUnderstand Danone Talent and Learning Strategy, India business and HR strategyManage the recruitment process for Danone India (field + HO + Factory) ensuring the right talent is hired as per business requirement.Manage the hiring budget; design and deploy the hiring strategy; and track all hiring related KPIs.Design and deploy Talent Management interventions and learning strategy for Danone IndiaWork with the global team to deploy global Talent and Learning priorities / programs in IndiaDeploy Talent Review process; Identify and develop High Potential employees for future leadership rolesResponsible for developing and implementing succession planning exerciseInstitutionalize Danone Behaviors and Culture framework in IndiaIdentify competency development needs for India in consultation with the HRBP teamsIdentify and deploy learning interventions to address identified competency gapsDrive relevant conversations under Danone People Conversation framework and track closureDevelop a pool of Internal TrainersDeploy and monitor e-learning platformOrganize Danone Campus at country level annually
About You
Profile RequiredMBA in HR (Tier 1 B school) with 8+ years relevant experience in Talent and L&D roles.
