Role Details:

Will play a critical role in implementing talent management strategies that align with the

organization's goals and objectives; Attracting, developing and retaining the top talent and

creating a positive work culture.


Your Role

● Build a high performance organization and implement a comprehensive performance

management strategy, including process flows, developing the right capabilities and

integrating systems and tools across the process.

● Design and execute seamless onboarding and assimilation of talent

● Implementing Talent reviews, succession planning, competency mapping, critical role

mapping, hi po identification programs and track learning journeys basis the outcomes

for Talent reviews

● Integration of Zepto behaviors across the various people process and how people

operate on a day to day basis.

● Design and implement Managerial capability building journeys

● Build and implement R&R framework for the organization Skills

● Data orientation and analytical skills

● Excellent project management skills

● Execution focus and detail orientation

● Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment

● Collaboration with business & HR teams
