Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Maintenance Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Operations Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintenance activities, project management, team management, and ensuring excellent customer service within the solar power plants.


Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintaining 110/33kV or similar pooling substations .

Prior experience and strong ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with TNEB officials for the operation of the pooling substation and solar power park is essential.

  • Team Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing solar power plants or similar operations
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems for renewable energy plant monitoring.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Tamil and English is required.
