Weare seeking a skilled CNC Setter and Operator to join ourmanufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years ofexperience in setting up and operating CNC machines. The primaryresponsibilities include interpreting blueprints setting up themachine and monitoring the production process to ensure quality andefficiency.

Responsibilities:
.Interpret blueprints and technicaldrawings
. Set up CNC machinesaccording to job specifications
.Monitor the production process to maintain quality andefficiency
. Perform regularmaintenance on CNC machines
.Troubleshoot and resolve issues as theyarise
. Adhere to safety andqualitystandards

Requirements:
13 years of experience as a CNC Setter andOperator
Proficiency ininterpreting blueprints and technicaldrawings
Ability to set up andoperate CNC machines
Strongattention to detail and quality
Knowledge of machine maintenance andtroubleshooting
Understanding ofsafety and quality standards in a manufacturingenvironment

Education: Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred).Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in qualitycontrol, quality assurance, or a related field. Technical Skills:Familiarity with quality control software, statistical analysistools, and technical drawing interpretation. Soft Skills: Stronganalytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication andcollaboration abilities.
