Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of plant operations.
Responsibilities:
. Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant
. Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
. Perform regular maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns
. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment



Requirements

13 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of plant operations and machinery
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Salary: Rs.15000 to 18000



Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a similar industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
