Role -Inside sales, appointment setting, and lead generationSupport sales in revenue enablement programs and outreach managementTele-calling and outbound support

Location -Mumbai (onsite)Reports To - CMOWorking Days - 5 Days

Responsibilities -Researching potential prospects over the web, prospecting platforms (LinkedIn) and intelligence tool (Zoominfo)List building and enhancement. Communicating with prospects and potentials customers over the phone, via emails, and LinkedIn; nurturing and following up on leadsClosely work with Sales teams to set up appointments with the intended audience including buyers and influencers (CXO, VP, Directors)Make inroads into dormant or wish list accounts by scheduling appointments or demos for sales teams and aiding the sales journeyDevelop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accountsTarget-based role (# of qualified appointments/leads on a monthly basis)Will be required to make intelligent calls and convert the initial conversation into meetings with CxOs and intended audiencesMaintaining and updating the lead generation databaseReporting and MIS. Keeping a detailed log of daily calls vs conversionsEffectively contribute to pipeline development and revenue growth

Qualifications -Tele-calling experience preferred or should be open to such activities (Mandatory)Highly refined communication skills; written and spokenWill have access to the best working environment, leadership, and career growth based on performanceShould be passionate, has to have a positive attitude and a strong team playerReady to work for India and/or US processMinimum graduation. MBAs are preferredPreferred (Not Mandatory)Experience working with the demand generation teams in SaaS, Enterprise tech, or lead-generation outsourcing companiesExperience with email marketing tools, CRM/marketing automation, contact data management, reporting, etc.
