Learning and Development Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:
- Administering the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) by managing user profiles, assigning courses, and troubleshooting technical issues for a smooth user experience.
- Maintaining detailed records and reports of training activities, including attendance, completion status, and assessment scores.
- Analyzing training data to track progress, identify trends, and inform future training decisions.
- Creating and preparing relevant communications such as flyers and presentations to support Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives.
- Initiating and leading new projects and initiatives aimed at engaging employees and enhancing their skills.
- Co-ordinating training conducted by external vendors.
- Leveraging various technologies, including e-learning, blended programs, virtual classrooms (Microsoft Teams), and social learning for effective training delivery.
- Providing support to team colleagues on specialized projects and learning design, when necessary.
- Ensuring timely completion of workload requirements and delivering training effectively.
- Building rapport and relating to others effectively in a multi-reporting line environment.
- Managing multiple priorities and adapting to changes in a dynamic work environment

Educational qualifications preferred
- PGDM / MBA / Any Post Graduate / Any Graduate
Required work experience
- Industry: KPO/BPO/RPO
- Role: MIS
- Years of experience: 1 to 5
Required Competencies:
Excellent Communication, Multi-Tasking, Project Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
Required Knowledge:
Good knowledge of Learning and Development
Required Skills:
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Dashboard Creating, Communication
