Saletancy - Client Implementation Engineer

Role - Client Implementation Engineer  Experience - 4-6 Yrs  Location- Gurugram . Onsite  Profile Overview :  The Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing, supporting and implementing new/existing clients with Azimuth products. The Client Implementation Manager will work with internal teams and directly with our clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the client needs. The Client Implementation Manager will develop project plans; ensure implementations are completed with quality and timeliness; lead internal and client meetings; and, may be involved in training or product demonstrations. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operate as the single point-of-contact for implementing a new/existing client with products/services• Manage and perform all aspects of the client implementation including overall project management,acquiring client data, developing and performing the appropriate data quality assurance steps, closelymonitoring project status and success throughout the entirety of the implementation• Collaborate with external clients and internal operational functional teams• Initiate and manage all project tasks for onboarding of new clients• Facilitate and/or participate in weekly client meetings, effectively managing project deliverables andimplementation milestone timelines• Execute the implementation project plan, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time• Identify project risks and mitigate issues, identifying solutions for remediation• Communicate project status, issues and risks to VP• Execute tasks with various interdepartmental resources to support multiple clients at any given time• Utilize ticketing system and internal tracking tools for technical implementation tasks• Comprehend and complete tasks associated with various types of implementation projects; newclients, new products, and client system upgrades• Provide post-implementation support for new client implementations• information related to Client Implementation• Works with development team to request necessary changes to tableau reports• Review processes and procedures and recommend improvements to management and otherdepartments within the company to increase productivity and quality• Assist with creating procedures and documentation of processesDESIRED COMPETENCIES: • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks• Excellent ability to articulate concepts, verbally and written, with colleagues and clients at all levels• Proficient time management, problem solving and analytical skills• Must be able to work effectively, maintaining high quality work, in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a team environment with customers,management and co-workers• Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect both internally and externally• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, including developing objectives,prioritizing responsibilities, delegating tasks, executing deliverables, and tracking and measuringprojects to successful completion.• Demonstrated aptitude for learning and assimilating new information quickly• Proven ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams both internally and externally• Demonstrated high proficiency at working both independently and in a team environment• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaboratewith people• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to use other Microsoft applications• Experience with SQL, Tableau a plus• Experience with data management tools and techniques a plus ABOUT SALETANCY Saletancy is a global sales and marketing company specializing in lead generation and appointment setting.
