Key Responsibilities:


• Talent Acquisition & Hiring: o Sourcing and shortlisting CVs through various portals and networks.

o Screening profiles to match job requirements.

o Posting jobs on relevant platforms.

o Coordinating and conducting telephonic & face-to-face interviews.

o Scheduling interviews with department heads and ensuring smooth recruitment.

o Selecting candidates and handling salary negotiations.

Employee Management:


• Managing attendance, leaves, and maintaining employee records.


• Calculating and processing salaries accurately.


• Handling employee queries related to HR policies.


• Managing team-related activities and ensuring a healthy work culture.

Engagement & Development:


• Organizing weekly team-building activities.


• Planning and conducting skill development & training sessions.


• Driving employee engagement programs to boost productivity and morale.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive (preferably in a marketing/digital agency).


• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, salary structuring, and HR operations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
