Job Description:

  • Searching / Sourcing for online tenders and reading available tender documents.
  • Complete online registration process on different tender websites.
  • Preparing all kind of documents related to the tender.
  • Follow up with OEM / Vendor / Client for queries and confirmation
  • Tender submission and co-ordination for both Physical and Online tenders
  • Manage assigned projects with proper plan & execution, scheduled activities and follow-up with reports.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating with the technical and management aspects of projects.
  • Participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client or project issues.

Key Skills required:

  • 3 - 10 yrs. Experience is required.
  • Good communications skills (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, Autocad & Internet Browsing is a must.
