The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems and networks run efficiently and securely. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, coordinating with vendors, and supporting end-users with technical issues. The role also involves developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to enhance overall operational efficiency.QualificationsExperience in managing IT infrastructure and services, including knowledge of network administration and systems engineeringProficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesSkills in implementing security measures and managing data backup and recovery processesStrong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendorsRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
