**Responsibilities**:

- Take care of the End-to-End recruitment cycle.
- Understand the job requirement in depth to match the US clients' requirements.
- Able to close the clients’ requirements on time.
- Hardworking, Focused, and Keen to learn.

- Have the ability to manage time efficiently and have an ethical approach with quality of service in mind.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Experienced with a minimum of 1 Year.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. (English Required).
- Good Knowledge of MS Office and general proficiency with computers.

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Working Hours**: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

**Working Days**: Monday-Friday

**Location**: 543/47, First Floor, K Block, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur (Onsite) WFO

**Salary: Best in the industry with handsome incentive.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
