Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Collections, located in Ulhasnagar. The Team Leader in Collections will oversee and manage the debt collection process, ensuring that collection goals are met. Daily tasks include leading the collection team, monitoring performance, handling escalated issues, and collaborating with other departments to optimize the collection strategy. This role requires maintaining high standards of customer service while achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve collection processes
  • Proven experience in Debt Collection and Finance
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to handle client interactions
  • Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Ulhasnagar
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
