Billing Generation system

System Payment Collection

Report Generation in the system, POD check, follow-up in the system, and bill collection.

Knowledge about TDS, Handling and management of physical bills.

Details Checking and Posting of all types of invoices at entity and site level in MS - Excel and Tally.

Handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork.

Follow up with respective departments to give reasons for open PO / WO and closing down the same where not required or duplicate PO / WO.

Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Prepare relevant reports & MIS, Interact with Franchisees towards order management & grievance, etc.

He/she will be responsible for all checking of Bills for passing them for payments, May entry in SAP of all bills
