**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage guest records, payments, and billing efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Address guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain an organized and presentable front desk area
- Assist in promoting hotel services, banquet facilities, and restaurant offerings

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills in **Hindi, English, and Sindhi** (preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management systems
- A friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
