Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Event Operations Manager
to take charge of events
from concept to curtain call
. Just like a conductor ensures every instrument plays in harmony, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of every event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events end-to-end.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate deals with hotels and vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee branding, logistics, and last-minute changes with confidence and agility.
  • Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Track all expenses and ensure adherence to financial planning.
  • Ensure timely execution even under high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    Operations Management and Event Planning
    .
  • Strong skills in
    hotel deals, vendor negotiations, and branding activities
    .
  • Ability to handle last-minute event changes with problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent
    customer service and communication skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    budget management and financial planning
    .
  • Exceptional
    organizational and time management abilities
    .
  • Capability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, multitasking environment
    .
  • Prior experience in
    B2B events
    and knowledge of multiple industry sectors is a plus.
