Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate all operational aspects of events including logistics, vendor management, registrations, venue coordination, and on-ground execution.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with venues, production teams, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Have good vendor connections for gifting purposes.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Support in preparing and managing operational budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • On-site Management: Supervise setup, branding, AV, delegate management, and ensure smooth running show during live events.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events follow safety regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
  • Post-event Reporting: Support in feedback collection, debriefs, and reporting to measure event success and improvements.

Requirements

  • Any bachelors degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in event operations, preferably in B2B events / conferences / exhibitions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-site during events.
