Fairfest Media, the organizer of TTF, OTM and BLTM is an established leader in travel trade shows in India, serving governments and businesses from over 100 countries.
Fairfest’s flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as India’s leading travel event and is the largest B2B travel show in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to expand our user base and increase engagement while also overseeing aspects of product management.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement strategies for organic user acquisition, spanning various channels such as social media, content marketing, partnerships, and app store optimization.
- Create and execute plans to boost user engagement and retention through email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and personalized content recommendations.
- Analyze user data and app performance metrics to identify growth and optimization opportunities, making data-driven decisions to enhance the user experience.
- Plan and conduct A/B tests to optimize user onboarding, feature adoption, and conversion rates, continuously improving the app's user journey.
- Collaborate with founders to prioritize features and enhancements that enhance user engagement and retention. Manage the product roadmap and backlog to align with business goals and user needs.
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and organizations to expand our user base and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the news app industry.
- Effectively manage budgets to achieve growth goals while ensuring a strong return on investment.
What we look for:
- Proven work experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or similar roles within the technology or media industry.
- Experience with A/B testing, marketing automation tools, and app analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of the news and media landscape is a plus.
