Job role: Growth Marketing Manager
Duration: Full time
Location: Mumbai HQ
Experience: 6+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Understanding key brand and business insights, current trends in the digital landscape, and up-to-date with the latest automation tools and technologies to create a full-stack strategy- Plans click-bait content strategy in liaison with the content team to create thumb-stopping campaigns- Devising a comprehensive integrated digital growth plan across Website, Social Media, SEO, SEM, WhatsApp, and Email along with the team- Driving traffic and retention through data-driven campaigns consistently- Planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google- Analysing and reporting on a weekly/monthly level ensuring target metrics are met- Bringing in new ideas/platforms to derive more retention- Working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to bring out maximum output and ensure top-notch customer experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, and campaign management.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
