Brief of the RoleThe ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. The incumbent will have strong relationship building with distributors and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. Would be responsible for grow our Channel business in the states of

UP, Rajasthan, Punjab & Haryana and J&

K. The person would also be responsible for developing new business in the states of Uttarakhand and Delhi/NCR

The position can be either based a

t Kanpur or Lucknow.

ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing primary sales strategy through market analysis and other sources of dataIncreasing the channel/distribution, MBO & Shop in Shop (SIS) business of the company in the states of north IndiaCoordinate with ASM, sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads & dealers for product placement & generate salesTrack and report all sales activities & collectionsResponsible for collection of the region as per TATSupport the learning and development of the sales team

QualificationExperience generating business and maintaining relationships with distributors/agents in apparel tradeTerritorial experience of working in North India territory and knowledge of distributors, agents and top MBO apparel counters in those markets15+ years of experience in the Channel/Trade business from Apparel industry particularly menswearExperience managing sales teamsExcellent verbal communication skills
