Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, address queries, and support grievance redressal.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Oversee office administration including vendor management, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and accommodation for employees when required.
  • Manage company events, meetings, and other administrative activities.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements for office and employee-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR & Administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
