Why we are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer:

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build and enhance our Digital Business Card product. 


What we are looking for in our Lead Frontend Engineer:


  • Frontend Development Leadership:

    • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers.

    • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development processes to ensure consistent, high-quality code delivery.

    • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into efficient, high-performance frontend applications.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Architect, design, and implement scalable, maintainable frontend solutions using Angular or React.

    • Optimize applications for speed and scalability across platforms. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve performance issues across devices.

    • Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance the frontend stack and development practices.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.

    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

What we expect from you: 

  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with expertise in Angular or React.

  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of TypeScript

  • In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SCSS or LESS, with the ability to create responsive, cross-browser, and accessible web designs.

  • Advanced skills in RxJS for reactive programming, handling asynchronous data streams, and managing side effects in a modular and scalable way.

  • Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks, optimizing rendering, lazy loading, and efficient use of the Angular Change Detection mechanism.

  • Experience building Progressive Web Apps with Angular, including service workers, caching strategies, and offline support.

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, integration with backend services.

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently.
