Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead - Frontend to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend development and be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. As a Technical Lead - Frontend, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontend developers, driving the technical direction of frontend projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality user interfaces.


Responsibilities:

-Lead a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, mentorship, involve in development and technical expertise.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and backend developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

-Drive the technical direction of frontend projects, making informed decisions on technology stack, architecture, and best practices.

-Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and frameworks like React, Redux, React Query , and other related tools.

-Ensure the adherence to coding standards, code quality, and performance optimisation.

-Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement within the team.

-Troubleshoot complex frontend issues and provide effective solutions.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, techniques, and technologies.

-Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

-Manage project timelines, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery of frontend milestones.

-Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their professional growth and skills development.


Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

-7 to 10 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role .

-Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React, Redux, React Query, and other related tools .

-In-depth understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

-Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

-Solid knowledge of frontend build tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and package managers.

-Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, driving technical excellence and fostering collaboration.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

-Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices.

-Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks.

-Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and tools.

-Understanding of accessibility and web performance optimization.

-Understanding of Micro-frontend
