Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier-1 Partners) for the IT staffing business in the USA.
  • Engage with clients daily to identify staffing opportunities.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placing candidates.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters.
  • Take ownership of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Cultivate accounts with contractor staffing needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Identify and create opportunities for IT services projects in collaboration with clients.
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks to open new business opportunities.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
  • Established relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients and a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Aggressive and target-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, multitask, and stay self-motivated.
  • Strong ability to work independently and meet end-to-end placement and revenue targets.
  • Expert-level skills in technical recruitment.
  • Sharp, articulate, energetic, with a "CAN-DO" attitude.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and related products.
