About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to run the day-to-day operations of our coworking space. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to manage people, processes, and the workspace itself. You'll be the go-to person for everything — from facility management and vendor coordination to team support and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the coworking space to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage front desk, admin staff, and housekeeping teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility contractors.
  • Handle office supplies, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure the workspace is clean, functional, and client-ready at all times.
  • Support internal teams with scheduling, events, and logistics.
  • Track and manage admin budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Address member and client needs with speed and professionalism.
  • Support onboarding of new staff or coworking members.

Requirements:

  • 7–8 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using office management software and tools.
  • Experience in a coworking or shared office environment is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
