Responsibilities
Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily financial transactions, including billings, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • GST and TDS Compliance:
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST including E-invoicing and TDS returns.
  • Stay updated with changes in GST and TDS regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyse budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Audit and Taxation:
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and submit required tax documents and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Provide management with financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience in the service industry, preferably in hospitality or resort management.
  • Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and experience with E-Invoicing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
