
Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Excel or any accounting software.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements with internal records.
- Handle petty cash and maintain cash book.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with vendors/customers for outstanding payments.
- Support the senior accountant during audits and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records (digital & hard copy).
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice handling.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.78 per month
