Summary A ServiceNow developer is a professional responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform. You coordinate the delivery of products, clearly assessing the required efforts and providing clear expectations for your internal clients.Your main driver is the platforms & customer’s success. You take full ownership of the ServiceNow platform. You keep the platform in good health (up to date with the latest releases & patches) and regularly review health scans and act when points of improvement are offered. You are responsible for the overall quality of the delivered solutionsYou perform acceptance testing for any updates developed by yourself or the support Team, from both the technical and end-user perspective and follow the internal Change Management Processes. You diligently follow-up on any incidents related to the platform. You stay up to date on the latest developments in the world of ServiceNow (through networking, seminars, training ...) and explore how platform changes and the release of new features can be leveraged in our environment, so that DEME can make the most of its investment.
