Social Media Strategist

The Role:The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for ideating, developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that enhance the company's brand, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The role is specifically for LinkedIN marketing.
Key Responsibilities:Adept in conceptualizing highly innovating social media campaigns and strategies that align to modern B2B buyer’s content consumption habits and company's overall marketing goals and business objectives.Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.Drive engaging and on-brand content for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and othersCollaborate with the content and design teams to produce multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and interactive posts.Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote it's services, events, and thought leadership.Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and deliver a strong ROI.Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.Identify and build relationships with key influencers and industry thought leaders.Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Use insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve social media performance.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practicesExperiment with new platforms and content types to keep it’s social media presence innovative and relevant.
Skills Required:Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Content management, CMS (Content Management System), Graphic design tools
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.7+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.Experience in the technology or software testing industry.
