Role Type: Part-time with potential to convert to full-time within 2-6 months based on performance or experience
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Property Operations & Hospitality Manager who will take complete ownership of property management, operations, and guest experience. In this dynamic role, you’ll ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, deliver exceptional guest service, and foster strong relationships with property owners. Your focus will be on seamless operations, top-notch hospitality, and efficient coordination with staff and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure properties are impeccably maintained, clean, and always guest-ready.
Oversee smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle all guest communication with a customer-obsessed mindset.
Deliver exceptional hospitality service, consistently aiming to exceed guest expectations.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance staff, and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, addressing their concerns and optimizing property performance.
Liaise with building management, societies, and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Document all operational activities, including guest feedback, property conditions, and staff performance.
Identify areas for improvement in operations and guest experience, implementing best practices for efficiency and quality.
Proactively resolve on-ground issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
People with operations and onboarding experience from Nestaway, NoBroker, Cult.Fit , or similar facilities and property management companies (2+ years preferred).
