We have an opportunity of Brand Manager (Foods) for FMCG client based at Mumbai.Job Tittle : Brand ManagerReporting to: Business HeadLocation: MumbaiRole Purpose: This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth through innovative product development and effective marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy and Development:Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand goals with business objectives.White Space Analysis:Identify untapped market opportunities (white spaces) through consumer insights and market analysis.Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.New Product Development (NPD):Lead the development of new products, ensuring they meet consumer needs and brand standards.Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to launch innovative products that drive category growth.Launch Management:Coordinate all aspects of new product launches, including marketing campaigns, packaging design, and distribution logistics.Ensure timely and successful launches by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.Packaging and Design:Oversee the design and development of packaging that reflects brand identity and appeals to target consumers.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.Consumer Experience:Manage consumer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.Foster a consumer-centric approach across the organization.Team Leadership:Supervise a team of consumer affairs coordinators and other relevant staff.Coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.Budget Management:Allocate and manage brand budgets effectively to achieve marketing and sales objectives.Monitor ROI on marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with advertising agencies, distributors, and other external partners to execute brand strategies.Communicate brand performance and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.Skills and Qualifications:MBA Preferred with 4+ years of experience brand management or a related role, with experience in product development and marketing strategy.Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of consumer trends, market dynamics, and product development processes.
