Hiring: Counter Sales Executive Luxury Watches (LFS Division | Titan)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Luxury Watches (LFS Division) team. The selected candidate will be working Off Roll and will handle Titan Watches counter operations.

Division: Luxury Watches – LFS (Large Format Stores)
Employment Type: Off Roll

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting luxury watches by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Manage product display, stock availability, and counter hygiene.
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and brand information to customers.
  • Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales service support.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/12th pass with prior experience in retail / luxury / lifestyle sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for luxury retail and customer engagement.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
