Job Role & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Kotak 811 digital accounts to new and existing customers.
- Engage with corporates to identify entry points and expand digital banking reach.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships by offering relevant banking solutions.
- Track and resolve customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and relationship history.
- Drive penetration of family/group accounts within the mapped customer base.
- Travel extensively within city limits for field sales and customer engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Age: Must be below 26 years.
- Education: Graduate from a UGC-recognized university (02 years of experience).
- Freshers welcome; prior experience in liability sales or KYC is a plus.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Must possess an Android smartphone.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work in a target-driven field role.
