About this team:At FIS we are looking for a Product Support Representative to join the FIS Enterprise Treasury Client Experience team. The successful candidate will provide treasury and payments support to our client base.

What you will be doing:Analyses the diagnostic data and find the root cause of the problem in case of any issues on production application environment.Providing support on requests as per priority/severity created in ticketing tool as part of daily operations support.Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.Coordinating Application code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.Actively participate in all stages of the product development process, including designing, building, and testing.Establishing the root causes of application errors and resolving them to the best possible approach.Supports internal customers by responding to help desk calls, performing night on call activities as requested and completing.What you bring:Should have 6 to 10 years of

experience on Production/Application support.Experience looking on

Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, DevopsWorking knowledge of basic AWS services like IAM, EC2, RDS and VPC.Good knowledge and experience on setting up CI/CD pipelines.Experience in deploying infrastructure using Terraform.Understanding on preparing Terraform templates.Coordinates, facilitates, manages and controls scheduled and approved change windows for product release and infrastructure

maintenance windows.Willing to work in 24*7 rotational shift(Weekend On-Call Support as applicable)

Kubernetes CertificationKnowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software developmentKnowledge of FIS’ products and servicesKnowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
