We are seeking a skilled Report Developer with expertise in SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) and strong SQL Server knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining reports using SAP BO tools, along with a deep understanding of SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain reports using SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) suite of tools, including Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports.Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for report development.Create complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and manipulate data from SQL Server databases.Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.Collaborate with business team to understand reporting needs and provide technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, data integrity, and functionality.Document report specifications, design, and development processes.

Job Requirements:

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience:

At least three years’ experience as a Report Developer with expertise in SAP Business Objects (SAP BO).

Skills:

Strong proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) and Crystal Reports.Experience in writing custom SQL in SAP BO.Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, CTE and performance tuning.Knowledge of data modeling concepts and experience in creating universes (UNX/UNV) is a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with other reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
