Job Summary:



The MIS & Reporting Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the organization's Management Information System (MIS). The role includes generating accurate reports to support decision-making. The specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure that data is collected, analyzed, and reported efficiently

.Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain the organization's MIS to ensure it meets the needs of all stakeholder
  • s.Oversee the integration of MIS with other business systems and tool
  • s.Provide training and support to users of the MI
  • S.Design, generate, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management and relevant department
  • s.Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs
  • ).Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all report
  • s.Work closely with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure the alignment of MIS and reporting with business need
  • s.Communicate findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manne
