Who We’re Looking For:

Are you a Power BI wizard with at least 4 years of experience under your belt? Do you love turning complex data into eye-catching dashboards that tell a story? If so, we want to meet you We’re on the hunt for a talented Power BI Developer who can bring data to life and help our team make smarter business decisions.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Crafting Reports: Design, build, and fine-tune Power BI reports and dashboards that give our team the insights they need to succeed.
  • Data Modeling: Create and tweak data models that make our reports run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Data Wrangling: Connect to various data sources like SQL Server, Azure, and Excel, making sure everything is accurate and up to date.
  • Speeding Things Up: Ensure our reports load fast and deliver the data our team needs in record time.
  • Team Player: Work closely with our business folks, data nerds, and IT wizards to gather requirements and deliver top-notch BI solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that pop up with Power BI reports, data models, and connections.
  • Keeping It Secure: Implement and manage row-level security (RLS) and other features to make sure only the right people see the right data.
  • Documenting Your Magic: Keep clear, simple documentation for all your reports, so everyone knows how they work.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Power BI Pro: You’re a Power BI pro, with a strong handle on Power Query, DAX, and the Power BI Service.
  • Data Geek: You get data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and have serious SQL skills.
  • Azure Know-How: If you’ve played with Azure Data Services, that’s a big plus.
  • Microsoft Fabric Experience: Experience with Microsoft Fabric? Even better
  • Problem Solver: You love diving into complex problems and coming up with solutions that work.
  • Great Communicator: You’re not just a techie—you can talk to business people, too, and explain things clearly.
