About the Role

, we're looking for a
Lead QA Engineer
to take charge of our quality assurance function. This role is all about leadership, ownership, and impact — guiding a skilled QA team, shaping testing strategies, and ensuring every product meets world-class standards.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for high-quality product delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for complete test coverage.
  • Manage different testing types: functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Conduct demos and presentations for international clients.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs until resolution.
  • Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile setup.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in QA (automation + manual).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven expertise in QA strategy design and execution.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
