Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to analyse client data to enhance service delivery.   • Proven Minimum Experience in Real Estate – Minimum 6 months Experience in Field Sales

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling properties to the prospective customers, Field sales is involved.
  • Need to touch base 70-80 Prospect clients over the calls in a day.
  • Analyse client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage client interactions and track progress effectively.
  • Prepare reports on client engagement and performance metrics for management review.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities that may impact client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven Minimum Experience in Real Estate – Minimum 6 months Experience in Field Sales.
  • Qualification – Any Graduate.
  • Two-wheeler is compulsory.
  • Target-based job.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the organization.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Saturday & Sunday are compulsory working days. Week off will be provided on 1 week day.
Prospect Leads will be provided by the Company.
